I’ve always been a writer. As a kid, I documented life and my observations in diaries and scrapbooks. Later, when I moved away from home, those became lengthy emails to my two best friends from high school.

Today, I’m a wife, a mom, and a Christian. I write about motherhood, family discipleship, and what it looks like to follow Jesus at home.

I have a background in fundraising and communications, with more than a decade of experience in the non-profit sector. I’ve worked with small and mid-sized organizations in areas including annual, special, and legacy giving.

I’ve also worked as a consultant with a boutique agency, providing fundraising and communications support to organizations with little or no fundraising staff of their own.

These days, I’m a stay-at-home mom to two elementary-aged children and a writer.

I went to church only occasionally as a kid and even attended a Catholic High School, but never made a personal decision to follow Jesus. At university I studied hard and lived wild. 

Then I met a Christian woman at work who quietly ministered to me. I wanted healing from my brokenness and knew it would be impossible to do in my own strength. 

At 25 I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour, and my life radically changed.

My writing flows from a desire to know God more deeply. I focus on growing in faith, motherhood, and family discipleship. Since I haven’t always been a follower of Jesus, I have many questions. I hope the answers I’m finding bring you comfort, too.
